He later joined McKinsey & Company as a manager, advising global clients on strategy and operational transformation.
An MBA graduate from INSEAD, Pascal also served had head of Operations and Board member at Oracle France, where he gained extensive experience in corporate leadership and international business management.
Michel is a seasoned pharmaceutical leader with decades of experience in diagnostics and life sciences.
